Cancellation Policy

All bookings are subject to the complete Standard Conditions of Hire (www.plumsteadcommonub.org/conditions-of-hire-stmarks-hall). Below is an extract detailing the cancellation policy. 13. The PCC reserves the right to cancel the booking if exceptional unforeseen circumstances arise. In the event of the PCC cancelling the booking, all fees (including the deposit) paid by the Hirer shall be refunded without deduction. 14. If the Hirer wishes to cancel the booking, the PCC may at its absolute discretion refund the fees in accordance with the conditions laid out below: Cancellation period and Amount refundable (a) If a hire is cancelled more than 1 calendar month in advance of the hire date: Full amount refundable, less a £5 admin fee (b) If a hire is cancelled 1 calendar month or less and more than 2 weeks in advance of the hire date: Damage deposit fully refundable (if paid); hiring fees 50% refundable (c) If a hire is cancelled 2 weeks or less in advance of the hire date: Damage deposit fully refundable (if paid); hiring fee 20% refundable. 15. The PCC will endeavour to process any refunds pertaining to cancelled events within 14 days of confirming a hire cancellation. Refunds may be subject to delays by third party payment processing providers. Cancellations may be made online by the hirer up to 30 days in advance of a booking.
